Excel Moving just finished our complicated move. They did a phenomenal job in every aspect of the service. Their teams are professional, always on time, and very friendly. Everything was completed with care. Would highly recommend them for any move either local or long distance or storage only.

I had a really great experience using Excel to move from NC to WA. Moving across the country is overwhelming and requires a lot of planning, but hiring Excel to handle the packing and moving of our household items and furniture was so helpful. Special shout out to our move estimator Stewart, move coordinator Alexandra, and driver Fernando for handling the logistics and keeping me up to date and confident that everything was going smoothly. A full service move is expensive, but Excel offered me one of the lowest prices among the quotes I got, and were extremely professional: They did not resort to weird sales tactics or pressure campaigns like I got from a cheaper service, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, they gave a single locked price for the entire move, including packing and transportation, so once we signed with them there was no anxiety about unexpected costs. A few pieces of furniture did get damaged in the move, but I’m not sure it’s possible to entirely avoid that. As the cost to replace them didn’t reach the damage insurance deductible (I did not choose the lowest deductible), I decided not to file a claim. Still, I’m happy they offered solid damage protection coverage, and next time I would consider the lower deductible offering. Overall I am very glad we went with Excel and would use them again!

We had a great experience with Excel Moving & Storage for our local move from Raleigh to Apex! Stewart met with us beforehand, walked us through the entire process, and provided a competitive quote. Our Move Coordinator, Alex, was fantastic—always responsive, communicative, and happy to answer all of our questions. On moving day, Kendall and his crew were excellent! They handled all of our belongings with great care and made the whole process stress-free. We highly recommend Excel to anyone planning a move!

The whole experience was great. Everyone at Excel is super nice and professional. Moving can be stressful but they made it a pleasant experience. The gentlemen that packed and moved us were wonderful as well as the office staff. We would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Excel Moving and storage for our recent move out of state. Beginning with the initial consultation with Matt and quick estimate to the final delivery, everything went smoothly. We communicated our needs along the way the with Alex, our relocation coordinator. We were able to pick up gently used boxes from the warehouse at no additional charge. And the team of guys who came for the move were courteous, conscientious, and careful with every piece. It was nice that the same group of guys met us at our next home and continued doing a great job setting up. Overall I would highly recommend this company for your next move.

We had an amazing moving experience recently with Excel Moving and Storage of Raleigh on our move to Winston-Salem. They loaded us up on a Tuesday and moved all of our furniture and belongings into our new home the following day. The moving crew was fantastic. They took great steps to ensure everything was handled with care. We were super impressed. Although Excel’s moving quote wasn’t the lowest it was well worth paying a little extra for a great moving experience. Francisco, the crew lead, was amazing! We highly recommend Excel!

I’m someone who moves every 4 to 5 years and I had a great experience with this moving company. They were very responsive, coordinated everything and the moving crew in particular was amazing! Francisco and his crew took exceptional care of my belongings, they went above and beyond to help me and not a single thing was damaged, including either house. Would highly recommend them!
